The ART 2100 is the base unit of the RDR 2100 Digital Weather Radar System which provides a vertical picture of a pilot-selected cross-section of the storm, offering the best view available to general aviation. The intuitive colors used by the radar systems paint a vivid picture of weather, making it easy to avoid dangerous weather systems. Using Sensitivity Time Logic, the system correlates target distance with intensity, and its attenuation compensation reduces shadowing.
