SAE AS22759 wire is a fluoropolymer–insulated, single-conductor wire offering excellent performance for a variety of military aerospace and commercial applications. It has high performance and reliability in severe wind and moisture prone (SWAMP) zones such as engine nacelles as well as areas requiring overload stability, low smoke emission and fire resistance, such as aircraft cabins.
M27500-24SD2T23 meets SAE AS22759/34 specifications with a cross-linked, modified ETFE insolation surrounding an aromatic polyamide braid that provides a EMI/RFI shielding and features a tin-plated, copper conductor with a temperature rating of 150°C — offering both flexibility and durability.
This M27500-24SD2T23 extruded XL-ETFE tefzel wire (Alternate Part# 22SD2T23) has two, tin-plated 24 AWG conductors with extruded XL-ETFE insolation, a 150°C rating. Colored white.
