  • Send marketing emails about new products, sales, and aviation industry updates — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized export of controlled parts
  • Comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including FAA documentation requirements, ITAR / EAR export-control restrictions, and tax reporting

  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, export-control, and aviation-regulatory requirements
  • Consent — for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and any other processing that requires it

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf: payment processors (Chase, PayPal, Amazon Pay), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), email-delivery services, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, customer-support tools, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only as needed to perform their services.
  • Manufacturers and authorized distributors, when needed to drop-ship a part directly from the manufacturer or to verify warranty eligibility.
  • Law enforcement and government authorities, when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to enforce our Terms & Conditions, including FAA, U.S. Customs, and export-control authorities.
  • Successor entities, in the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, with notice to affected customers.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, measure how the site is used, and (with your consent) deliver advertising on Google and other platforms. We use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the shopping cart, checkout, and login to work. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics. Helps us understand which pages and products are useful, where errors occur, and how to improve the site.
  • Advertising cookies — Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Merchant Center remarketing, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, if enabled. These allow us to show ads for products you viewed and measure ad performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from functioning.

7. Data retention

We retain order records, invoices, and shipping records for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with U.S. tax, accounting, and FAA traceability requirements. Account-profile information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to handle returns, warranty claims, and disputes. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically retained for 90 days unless needed for security investigations.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to receive a copy of that information, to request deletion (subject to legal-retention exceptions), to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days.
