SAE AS22759 wire is a fluoropolymer–insulated, single-conductor wire offering excellent performance for a variety of military aerospace and commercial applications. It has high performance and reliability in severe wind and moisture prone (SWAMP) zones such as engine nacelles as well as areas requiring overload stability, low smoke emission and fire resistance, such as aircraft cabins.
M27500-24SD1T14 meets SAE AS22759/34 specifications and has a cross-linked, modified ETFE insulation surrounding an aromatic polyimide braid which provides EMI/RFI shielding and features a tin-plated, copper conductor with a temperature rating of 150°C — offering both flexibility and durability.
This M27500-24SD1T14 Tefzel wire (Alternate Part# 24SD1T14) has a single tin-plated 24 AWG conductor, modified ETFE insulation.
