The AT-740/A Antenna is used for airborne radar interrogation onvarious fixed-wing aircraft. The antenna is produced to MilitarySpecification MIL-A-25707 and MIL-A-25707/1. The antenna is designed tooperate at the extreme temperature range of -67 F to 302 F. Theantenna is a flush-mounted, cavity-back slot antenna constructed ofaluminum with a fiberglass radome. The antenna has a type BNC samplingprobe and is protected by an anodic coating to prevent corrosion.
