UHF MOBILE TRANSCEIVER/400-470MHz F6021 51UHF MOBILE TRANSCEIVER/400-470MHzIcom's F6021 UHF transceiver was created for light commercial use, large industry, and small-to-mid-sized public safety systems. It provides multichannel operation, customizable functions, improved external channel control, and wide frequency coverage in addition to straightforward safety features.
- Eight memory zones containing a total of 128 channels can be easily identified by their 8-character channel name and selected with the up/down buttons
- Customizes functions with 6 programmable buttons including a pair of up/down and P0-P3 function-assignable buttons; volume is adjusted by an independent knob
- Covers a range of UHF 400-470 or 450 - 512 MHz
- Constructed to MIL standard 810F with a durable aluminum die-cast chassis and polycarbonate front panel
- Built-in 2-tone, 5-tone, CTCSS and DTCS capabilities make it easy to set up talk groups with PTT ID and quiet stand-by for use when others are speaking
- Features of the built-in MDC signaling include: PTT ID (X/RX), radio stun (RX), emergency TX/RX (no ACK), 5 alias table (max), radio check (RX) and radio revive (RX) with the built-in MDC signaling
- Decodes up to ten 2-tone and eight 5-tone codes per channel - beep sound, answer back, bell icon, scan, and radio stun/kill/revive can by programmed for each code
- In the event that the radio is lost or stolen, the kill/stun function can be used to temporarily disable the device over the air - thus preventing security threats; a revive command or the unlock password can be used to return the radio to functionality
- Lone worker function sounds a beep after a preset period with a screen to push any button; if no buttons are pressed within a specified wait period, the radio will send an automatic emergency signal to inform coworkers that something may have happened to the individual worker
- Makes moving between workplaces easier with the mode dependent scan; in the mode-dependent setting, the scanning setting depends on the operating channel, when the operating channel is changed, the scanning list automatically changes to the list set for the new operating channel
- An optional unit can be added via connection to the 40-pin option slot
- Can be programmed to control an operating channel from an external device (up to 16 preprogrammed channels) with the use of an OPC-1939 D-Sub 15-pin ACC cable (not included)
