The KFS 598A is the control/display unit for the KTR 908 VHF communications transceiver. The digital gas discharge display simultaneously shows readouts of active and standby frequencies. When used with the KNS-660 system a nine-slot, non-volatile, pilot programmable frequency and storage option is available.
Version 071-01282-0075 has a black face with VOLUME, ON/OFF, TEST control, 28V lighting and 136.975 MHz frequencies.
