The RAV30512 is a broadband, airborne communications antenna that is designed for airspeeds less than Mach 1. The antenna housing is constructed from a fiberglass epoxy that is designed to withstand exposure to sand and dust particles in desert areas. Extreme temperature changes, humidity, shock and vibration are reduced due to its foam filled core.
This communications antenna (Alternate Part# RAV30512W) is painted gloss white.
- Mechanically and environmentally qualified to MIL-A-55680 (AT-1108) specifications
- Operational altitude up to 50,000 feet and temperatures between -65°F and 131°F
- Resistant to impacts of 30g and the steady-state acceleration of 6g
- Utilizes the same mounting pattern and footprint as the AT-1108/ARC
- Includes a conductive mounting gasket
