Astate of the art "Synchronous Current Mode Switching" topologywith Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is used to realize the powerconversion.Control circuitryincludes use of a popular Synchronous PWM controller for voltageregulation and overload current limit. Because of the designtopology, a wide input voltage range is possible while delivering highlyregulated 28Vdc output power.
