Receiving inspection

Incoming parts are checked against their paperwork before they go on the shelf — condition, part number, and traceability documentation are confirmed at receiving, not assumed from a supplier's listing. See Traceability & 8130-3 for what that paperwork means.

Warehouse & fulfillment

For the parts we stock ourselves, our warehouse team pulls, packages, and ships every one of those orders — the same team that receives and inspects the inventory in the first place, so what leaves the building matches what was checked in.
