The ID-5100A VHF/UHF dual band D-STAR transceiver offers an intuitive user interface with an industry-leading display. The ID-5100 additionally interface with Android™ devices and Bluetooth® headsets via optional Bluetooth module. With the UT-133 Bluetooth module installed, users are able to connect wirelessly using the RS-MS1A Android app and remotely set DR functions such as link a map application and send and receive message over the DV mode. The intuitive touch screen interface provides quick operation for setting and editing various functions and memories. The 5.5-inch display displays a large keypad allowing for quick entry of alpha-numeric characters.
- DV/DV Dual watch mode has simultaneous receive for FM/FM and FM/DV modes and monitoring for two DV signals with priority on the main audio band
- Integrated GPS allows users to transmit and receive position data; Position, course, speed and altitude are shown on the display
