The KN 53 is a 200-channel navigation receiver with a 1.3-inch space-saving height. The gas discharge display simultaneously displays both the active frequency and the standby frequencies; a 'flip-flop' button allows pilots to quickly between the the active and standby frequencies.
This KN 53 (Alternate Part# 1067-0000) unit includes a glideslope receiver/converter has a diffused display.
